Baggage
Baggage Allowance
Different airlines have different rules for allowing baggage in the cabin and the baggage compartment. Depending on your reservation, please ask the staff for information about your baggage allowance, or refer to your baggage allowance notes on your travel ticket. Baggage allowance for adults and children over 2 years of age is 20 kg per passenger, unless the Airline allows otherwise. Babies under the age of 2 years are not included in the baggage, but they are still allowed to take the necessary equipment for babies such as: the stroller for carrying babies, booster seats for babies, other equipment allowed for the safe transport of babies. We recommend that baggage heavier than 32 kg is not delivered or in special cases the staff at the airport is informed about the excess weight of the baggage.
Overweight Baggage
Baggage transportation that exceeds the limits set for the weight of untaxed baggage is subject to an additional fee, the fee is specific to each airline and can be requested at the airport during the check-in process.
Hand Luggage
For safety and comfort reasons, only one piece of hand luggage per person is allowed in the cabin unless otherwise specified on your ticket. Hand luggage may have a maximum weight of 6 kg (8 kg for a laptop), while the dimensions may not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. The airline reserves the right not to allow baggage if the guidelines are exceeded.
It is advisable to carry valuables, medicines and perishable or breakable items in hand luggage. On the other hand, the instructions about the limitations of liability, listed in the confirmation of the ticket reservation and the general conditions of use, apply.
Excess Fee Baggage
The maximum allowed weight of your travel baggage is indicated on your flight ticket. Exceeding these limits are considered overweight baggage allowance. In such cases, the tariff structure requires an additional price for exceeding the allowance. This additional price is determined depending on the situation of the concept of weight or the number of pieces of luggage, as well as the rates determined by different airlines.
