  • It is indeed the passenger’s responsibility to check with relevant authorities to ensure that they have the appropriate documents and are eligible to travel with those documents.

At the Airport

To make the process of check in smooth and hassle-free at the airport, the following rules have to be followed:

Arrive Early: It is the responsibility of passengers to arrive at the airport with sufficient time to complete the check-in process, pass through security checks, and reach the boarding gate on time. At all our flights Check-in closes one hour before the departure. We highly recommend you to be at the airport at least 2 hours prior the flight at normal circumstances, for the season when the travel is increased and airports are very busy, we highly recommend to be at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight. PrishtinaSky Group L.L.C holds no responsibility if you miss the flight due to a lateness than recommended time.

Online Check-In: If the Airline offers online check in, please complete it online or seek assistance from us. Online check-in usually opens 24 hours before the flight departure time, and it can save you time at the airport, hence some Airlines charge a fee for airport Check-in and if you fail to Check in online it is your responsibility to pay the fee.

Prepare Necessary Documents: Ensure you have all the required travel documents, such as your passport, visa (if applicable), boarding pass (either printed or electronic), and any other relevant identification or travel papers.

Baggage Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with the baggage allowance and restrictions of your airline. Make sure your luggage meets the size, weight, and security requirements to avoid any issues during check-in.
Security Check Preparation: Before approaching the security checkpoint, remove any liquids, gels, and electronics from your carry-on bags and place them in separate bins. Follow the airport's guidelines for the security screening process.

Boarding Pass Access: If you haven't done online check-in, head to the check-in counter or self-service kiosks at the airport to obtain your boarding pass.

Queue Considerations: Look for shorter lines or alternative check-in counters if the main ones are crowded. Some airlines may have separate check-in lines for business or premium class passengers.

Special Assistance: If you have any special needs or require assistance, such as wheelchair access, inform the us well in advance or notify the check-in staff upon arrival. It is essential to inform us at least 3 days prior the flight for any special requirements you may have. Failure to do so, we take no responsibility. Wheelchair and assistance are provided free of charge.

Verify Flight Details: Double-check your flight details, including the departure gate and boarding time, as they may change. Many airports have electronic display boards with real-time flight information. It is passenger’s responsibility to locate the terminal and check-in counter at the airport following the instruction provided on the ticket.

Keep Important Items Handy: Keep your travel documents, ID, boarding pass, and any required customs or immigration forms easily accessible for security checks and boarding.
